Damaged or Incorrect Items

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

  • Inspect your product upon delivery. If the delivery note is not signed as goods being received short/damaged, we cannot replace the item.
  • Contact us via email within 2 business days of delivery for any damage or incorrect item reports.
  • Once we assess your complaint, we will provide return instructions. Returns are at the customer's expense, and replacements will be arranged after inspection.

Order Cancellations

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

  • Cancellations are only accepted via email within 24 hours of placing an order.
  • Custom or modified items (e.g., hinge holes, custom sizes) cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours of delivery are not accepted due to the bespoke nature of the work.

  • Sample doors cannot be returned.
  • We are not liable for loss of earnings due to late, incorrect, or lost deliveries.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 2 business days; otherwise, replacements may be refused.

  • Order changes are only possible within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation.
  • Changes may incur additional costs or delays.

Home Deliveries

  • Delivery is available between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
  • You must ensure that someone is available to accept and sign for the order.
  • If no one is available to accept the order, it may be returned to the factory, and a re-delivery charge may apply.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage if delivery is left unattended at the customer's request.

Delivery Charges and Areas

  • Free delivery on orders over £350.00.
  • Additional charges may apply if mixing doors from different ranges, as these may need to be treated as separate orders.
  • We deliver only to mainland Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland, excluding islands and the Highlands/Islands of Scotland.
