We try our best to make sure that all information on our website, including descriptions of our products and listed prices are accurate at all times.
When browsing our website, the colours of products may vary depending on a few factors your display settings. Pictures and images on our website are for illustration purposes only. For an accurate description of any product and details of what is included with the product, please read the product description. We will do our best to check our website for viruses but we do not warrant that the website is free of viruses or other malicious content.
Eligibility to order products
You can only purchase from www.kitchenin.co.uk if you are aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You will need an active email address and a telephone number so that we can easily contact you.
Placing your order
After placing your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email. This contains details of the products you have ordered, the total cost of the order (including delivery) and an order number. It also constitutes the VAT receipt for your product(s). If purchasing a quote, the buyer accepts full responsibility for checking the accuracy of that quote. The buyer assumes responsibility for the goods being suitable for the purpose for which they are being purchased. Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order. You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering. We use secure payment facilities for online purchases. Promotional prices only apply during the period stated. Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays. Once your order is complete we will notify you of the dispatch date.
Acceptance of your order will take place when we despatch the product(s) to you. Until we despatch the product(s), no contract will have been formed between us.
Although we hope to be able to supply all products ordered, we reserve the right, at our discretion and without the need to give reasons, not to accept any offer at any time. If we refuse your order, we will let you know as soon as reasonably possible.
You can pay with all major credit and debit cards and PayPal and Stripe.
We will take payment from your card at the time you place your order.
Unless otherwise stated all prices shown at KitchenIN Shop Online are inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. The product prices shown do not include the delivery fee, which will be added to your total order price.

We can deliver direct to your home.
We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order between 7:30am and 6:00pm Monday-Friday.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are available to accept delivery. If you are not, there must be an adult available who is capable of receiving delivery on your behalf, and you agree that we can rely on their instructions as if they were your own.
Please ensure that the goods are signed for accordingly.
If there is no one to accept the order on the scheduled delivery date the goods may be returned to the factory and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.
We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if the delivery company is instructed to leave the goods unattended.
Delivery charges, delivery areas
Free delivery is available on orders where the goods cost more than £350.00.
Additional charges may apply if you mix doors from a number of different ranges as these may have to be treated as individual orders.
We can deliver our products anywhere in mainland Great Britain and Republic of Ireland only, excluding any islands or the Highlands/Islands of Scotland.
What information do we require from you?
When you arrange your delivery, we will ask you to provide certain information. This information will be recorded on the delivery document and the delivery will take place at the delivery address you specify. If you provide us with incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information or instructions, we may cancel the delivery by giving you written notice
Online delivery dates
You will automatically be allocated the earliest delivery date possible during the checkout stage. Proposed delivery lead times are given only for guidance and they can change without notice
We aim to deliver your online order within 14 days of purchase, depending on stock availability and the delivery address. We will deliver your order within 2-3 working days of dispatch, within 30 days of the order date unless otherwise agreed between us. Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.
Orders have corner protectors, shrink-wrap and are suitably packaged into heavy duty cardboard boxes or pallets.
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances (such as lorry breakdown, traffic accident, major traffic delays or severe weather) we will do our best to contact you to rearrange an alternative delivery timeslot or date. We will not be responsible for any losses incurred due to a delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.
If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery, if the carriers are able to make the change. This will delay your delivery.
Deliveries are made to a ground floor entrance only and on the condition that there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods.
What you should do on delivery?
Please ensure that there is sufficient access to the area of the delivery. Please move fragile objects which could be damaged during the delivery. Most of our products are relatively weighty items and you will be required to assist the driver in offloading your order.
Examine the products, check the condition of the packaging, and whether the correct number of packages have been delivered and sign the delivery document confirming this.
The packaging is part of your delivery, you are responsible for its disposal.
If there are any issues, you should record this on the delivery document, any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver.
If the delivery note is not signed as goods being received short/damaged, we cannot replace.
Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 2 business days from the delivery day. Please state your order reference and include the reason for replacement.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATION
This policy does not apply to goods ordered by individuals or businesses, which are exempt from the Distance Selling Regolations, or the following goods which are exempt from the right to cancel.
Inspect your product upon delivery. If the delivery note is not signed as goods being received short/damaged, we cannot replace your item.
If you realise after the delivery that the item is damaged, or if we have sent you the wrong item, just contact us by e-mail within 2 buisness days of delivery. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone. If you cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging to us and/or our supplier (or any other UK address specified by us), at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
We will assess your complaint and tell you to return the item at your expencses and order you a replacement.
Cancellations can be made only by e-mail within 24 hours once the order is placed in our system.
You do not have the right to cancel items which have been modified from standard at your request. This includes but is not limited to hinge holes and custom sizes.
We are not liable for any loss earnings due to late, incorrect or lost deliveries.
We reserve the right to refuse replacements on any damaged items reported to us outside of 2 bussiness days of delivery.
Аfter 24 hours of the delivery you will be unable to cancel the contract due to the bespoke nature of the work.
Sample doors cannot be returned! However this does not affect your statutory legal rights. A brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
An existing order can be changed only if you have ordered a wrong item. You should contact us within 24 hours of the confirmation delivery e-mail.
We will refund all amounts paid to us by you including any postage / carriage within 30 days, less any costs due under this contract. Please see point 5.1 for exemptions.
We will not be held liable for fitter’s fees or any other professional trades person’s fees due to late, damaged or lost deliveries.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or Misdescribed.
The guarantee of all items listed in our product list are assumed by the manufacturer.
In the event that one or more of the terms set out in these general terms and conditions or in the returns policy is held to be invalid by a competent authority, the remaining terms shall continue to have effect and you will still be bound by them.
This agreement is governed by English law unless you live in Scotland in which case it will be governed by Scots law. Each of us agrees to bring legal actions relating to these general terms and conditions and the returns policy.
